Returns Policy

Goods that arrive in a faulty condition may be returned.  We are happy to refund for faulty goods or give you a store credit.  Please contact us within 5 days to advise us of the fault and that the goods will be returned.  The goods need to be returned within 14 days.  Returned items received after this date will not entitle you to a refund.

We will exchange or give you a store credit, less delivery costs, for any items you are not happy with. The item must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition.  Once again please contact us within 5 days to inform us of the return and return the item within 14 days of delivery date. 

Popit does not refund initial delivery charges or any delivery charges incurred by the customer in returning items to Popit. Popit is not responsible for damage that occurs during care of the item, such as washing or drying. Popit is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14 day return policy.
